腾讯云申请25端口解封，port: smtp.qq.com, 25，腾讯云开通25端口

使用腾讯云作为服务器，发送邮件报错“Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.163.com, port: 25”。

解决方法：

申请25端口解封。
